Klik Dengan Bijak – Awareness Campaign

The challenge
The Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) wanted to communicate the Klik Dengan Bijak campaign to the targeted audiences aged 18 to 21. The campaign revolved around three main themes – security, safety and responsibility to promote a smarter use of the internet.

The method
We conducted a focus group study with a group of 18 to 21 year olds and based on the study, we found that they preferred humorous, yet simple ads to get the point across. With these findings, we narrowed down our concept, helping us better focus on the look and feel for the campaign.

The outcome
By understanding our audiences, we created various ads ranging from both Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line materials. This enabled us to accurately promote proper internet usage among the Malaysian youth.
